How do I heightmaxx as a 16 year old boy.

I'm 15 years old right now and the reason I am saying on the title "16 year old boy" is because thats when I likely have a job and can afford pharmaceuticals. I am 5'8 and turned 15 a few months ago. Is there any way to heightmaxx without significantly shortening my lifespan and risking my health to a high degree? I have access to CJC + Ipamorelin, but unsure about HGH and scared to hop on HGH and cause organ growth. I am also getting a double jaw surgery for a moderate class III underbite between 18 and 21. I am unsure if growth hormone will affect my growth patterns and make me have to need that surgery later. I am open to anything as long as I don't cause significant health problems. And does CJC + Ipamorelin without DAC taken for a period of time assist me in height growth?

Dude, what about CJC and IPA? I dont want just height growth tbh. I want some more bonemass too. I feel like CJC + IPA is just cope and not strong enough, but I wanna know your opinion on it. I already take vitamin supplements and everything, I need some pharmaceuticals.
u dont need the pharma trust, just drink milk and eat fruits + intensive workouts 4-5 times a week, it will promote hgh,do it for year and if nothing works, think about pharma

bro dont hop on hgh just do regular cardio workouts and eat a lot of fruits,take vital supplements like d3 and omega3,zink etc..

take 20mg Winstrol weekly (injectable steroids suck)
use castor oil and topical monixidil only for hair (keeps ur hair)
run injectable mk-677 to get big on bulk
use trenbolone for facial forward growth
bonesmash face (hammer, any blunt object) for bone density and growth
for IGF-1 stimulation eat atleast 100 grams of sugar daily, ideally atleast 500 grams a week to peak insulin around muscle building times. chocolates to darken the skin like beta carotene is ideal if you are a whitecel
go gym atleast 1x a week and target elbows to get "halo effect physique"
ashavaganda (if you can handle it) for optimal cortisol release and forward density enchancement in the claniles
turkesterone for huge gains in gym (be careful with this one and measure carefully)

12 month transformation easily achievable from ltn to cl

imho it is fucking cope cuz i readed some threads and did research bout it and find out that lack of vitamins after heating is very small so u can drink default milk in doesnt really matter

The only non cope natural way to boost height would be spamming raw milk or preferably raw colostrum, living stress free and sleeping a lot. You wouldn't afford gh anyway so don't even bother with pharma

Like if u just want to fucking hop on them then why are u asking here just do it anyway. I am 6'1 rn and my peak growth was during this age only. You just need sun, milk, exercise and an astonishing diet.

I did 20seconds sprints at 15 and 16 fr just like 1.5 months regularly. That helped me a lot. My father isn't even 5'9

Im walking outside and stuff and taking vitamin D supplements, but its hard to get sun when I live so far up north. It's literally dark all the time. And do sprints even work? I do work out intensely and have worked up a pretty decent physique and i focus on compound exercises.

Won't sprints just cause short term GH spikes? If I am not mistaken you need sustained GH levels over a long period of time to grow. And I know that GH varies very differently depending on the time of day, but I think overall GH needs to be sustained if I am not wrong. Just enlighten me, I am a fucking Iqlet.

you dont need to go so much into technicals and medicals shit, you're 15 and u got a lot of time. Try sprinting consistently for just 2 months if they dont work, try stretches, if they dont work do something else. We often tend to find just a sweet perfect plan but this is the worst place to take advices (Check out 2025 survey) Try and stick to what works its that simple.

Do sprints early morning after waking up on empty stomach and fast for next 4-5 hours. There are many arguments about if Intermittent fasting works or not but working out on an empty stomach takes you to places

raw milk is better Nutrients are being killed when pasturised and pasturisation is jewish thats why I think raw milk is better
