How do i hide my cut marks?

I've been having some mental issues lately and I cut myself but I don't know how to hide the marks or where the best area to do it without having classmates question why I have marks on my legs or shoulders I dont want to come up with excuses all the time so how do I hide it ?

Well, if u haven't tried yet, wear long sleeve shirt, turtle necks or don't wear shorts it makes the marks more visible, if you have,then, maybe just quit cutting

Im trying to quit cutting its going good so far but my school has a dress code so I can't wear long sleeve shirts and I dont have any

i feel you, it is not possible to fully hide the marks, since they take time to heal, try to use tinted sunscreen or concealer to hide the spots and longsleeved clothes help too, gl twin.
