for hardmaxxing you can get slight jaw filler on the gonions, upper eyelid fat grafting, maybe DJS/infra implants (cant tell cuz weird side picture), canthopexy, rhinoplasty

u can make ur nose shrink a bit idk the name of the product rn but its thins out ur skin so ur nose will look smaller (looks alr from the side but from the front ts not ideal)

bone smashing isn't ideal tho its not permeant I am thinking about filler next year but afraid of It migrating so I dont really know

Bone smashing can be permanent if you do it enough, it doesn’t grow bone but it increases the amount of skin/liquid (i forgot the exact one) underneath that area. Causing a raised appearance
