How do I improve more?

I’ve gotten a long way since the beginning. But I’m still not satisfied, of what ik my biggest flaws are bonemass, philtrum and skin quality. Can’t do much to get quick results w bone and philtrum.

But what can I do w skin I Got a lot of scars + I puff and I’ve heard that it makes your skin looks worse.

idk ur so different to me.u sont look that lean. go to the gym and get muscualr shredded tho definatly helps ur mental.
