Minox for the eyebrows (already thick but more can't hurt), try to groom them I guess, there isn't a lot you can for your eyes at this point, I would have recommended Latisse for the lashes but I don't know if you want the eye darkening part

Nah seriously your eye area is not your biggest problem im sure , and usually its also a risky and costly procedure , wouldnt do it if i were you
