How do i improve my eye area?

I took pictures in 2 different lightings to show my coloring a little better, no squinting both taken at eye level

started using hyaluronic acid, retinol, and caffeine serum a few days ago so hopefully ill see some results from those even if its minor

Thinking about using minoxidil and dye for my eyebrows and lashes

Is there anything else i can do softmaxxing wise for my eye area before i consider filler or is it truly over?

dont use filler around your mid face area because in can migrate after 6months and make you even uglier

darken eyebrows/eyelashes and heal under eyes

if you want to change structure of your eyes you need to consider supraorbital surgery

Can barely do anything for eyes other than lashes,brows and eyebags to an extent you could also hop on test for browridge the rest is just hardmaxxing

do uudd, ice your brow ridge and bone smash for hooded eyes, you can get a canthoplasty if you want to fix ur canthal tilt
also dye ur eyebrows and use a micro needling tool on ur eyebrows to make ur eyebrows pop, shape them with a positive tilt to give you more of a hunter eye shape

in all seriousness your best bet without risks are to appeal max and try to just work around the eye area, surgery is a good option to but its expensive and slightly risky
