How do i improve my eye area

im hopping on minoxidil for my eyebrow

s but aside from that im pretty much stuck on what to do on my eyes i use an eye serum but i think its just cope

Yk any way to grow out my lashes longer (im guessing your talking mostly about lower) i was thinking about frauding with eyeliner on my inner lower eyelid or smth but idk any other way and should i go black for the eyebrow dye?

just buy some product on amazon mine worked it was from lash grande or something
