there's unfortunately not really much you could do besides surgery, colored contacts and trying to grow out your lashes and eyebrows via growth serums and stuff.
You should take oral minoxodil I guess
If you want to fraud you can try makeup, eyeliner and squinting
dye your eyelashes a dark color for contrast too

You have to go to the doctor, or you could try topical minoxodil which can be purchased without any prescriptions.

topical is like you apply it
oral is like you take it as a pill (which you need a prescription for)

Well the one that you apply has risk of irritation and vision loss if you apply it to your eyelashes and it gets in your eyes
and yes you could get the tablets from indiamart, however some side effects can include things like water retention and dizziness so do your own research

ALSO there's bimatoprost for eyelash growth, but it can ruin your eye area from fat loss around the orbitals and darken your iris so if you decide to take it do it at your own risk
