How do i improve my EYE AREA?

Hi, so basically my main concern is that I have an lazy eye. My right eye is more dominant and my left eye is weaker causing the left eye to have more blur than my right eye, I have bought and eye patch to try to fix this but idk if it works. I also think that my left eye looks more appealing than my right eye and I hate the fact that my eye aren't symmetrical. I have also been using castor oil for my lashes and eyebrows for 1 month but I stopped. Is there anything else i need to improve on my eye area? I also wonder if I should try getting hunter eyes?
