how do i improve my eyebrows

Everything is fine as it is you can shape them with a blade, but I dont think it will make you much more attractive

The shape is pretty good already but it might be better if they were thicker and more dense. You can try to grow them a little bit with bimotaprost, derma rolling, and oral minoxidil. They do stand out as an incongruent feature though if that makes sense. You are fairly dimorphic but your eyebrows are a little feminine so they look out of place.
