Do a research on retinoids and see what is best for u, i would suggest tretinoin tho, also use topical minoxidil on eyebrows, grow your hair and since u seem young, max out your puberty u can find guides on how to do it

Yes for a bit like a month or two but then he would look better, accutane dry the hell out your skin before it gets better
