How do i improve my frame at 14, im 6,0 and 76kg(roughly 170lb)

Im wondering how to improve my frame at 6,0 and 170lb. I have decently wide clavicles but a relatively stocky waist and im wondering what I can do to acheive a better frame. I am also 14

Showing a pic would help but depends on your bodyfat.
Btw just train shoulders and if you're fat try also losing fat

1. Get a great mindset: strong spirit, mind and body.
2. Get a great nutritious diet, get professional advice.
3. Sleep like a king: Cut shitty habits ...
4. Train 4 days a week, get professional advice !
5. Stay away of drugs, roids, risky and experimental stuff. Do not mess with your biology.
 
im not showing a pic but im around 19% i think
It's okay, get to 10-12% bf and train shoulders, that's all you gotta do honestly

either lose fat if you have any on ur abs or corset

if i try to get there wouldnt i have to eat in a defecit? I am just worried it will stunt my growth

You can just maingain, train and maintain weight, slowly you'll lose fat while gaining muscle, your diet and training have to be good though
