How do I improve my hair?

my hair is 2b/2c wavy black/dark brown in sunlight, no receding hairline, healthy hair growth and shi (approx 1.7cm per month which is average)

i used to follow baby stickley and did no shampoo for about 6 months and only used egg yolks every 2 weeks or so and it fixed my dry and kinda frizzy hair

but in the recent days i shampoo'd my hair again and it got destroyed again and i can't really fix it again

its dry, and puffy, and un-defined, the waves arent clumping up anymore, its just a pile of mess
how do i fix?

You can make an intensive moisturizing mask.
A mixture of egg yolk and olive oil/coconut oil, or a clean, silicone free hair mask, should be left on the hair for 20-30 minutes
