yup you need surgery mostly for nose and downward growth which i think can be fixed with a bimax not sure though go to botb and search for the surgery mega thread there'll be exactly what u need there

nope it won't do any significant difference for ur case u can try making ur eyebrows fuller with Oral minox and use eplerone to fight the bloat that comes w it
