How do I improve my looks?

What can I even do? My teeth are crooked, my skin is bad, eye area is bad, my eyes are bad, my nose is big (I’m not getting surgery) and my ears are big. My bodyfat % is not that high but my face is more bloted than it should be. I am pretty tall tho and my hair is super thick and I am capable of growing facial hair which I started with today (goatee)

I just got on looksmax.org yesterday because I thought I might get the recomendations I need here.
