mew and go on a calorie deficit and maybe get a rhinoplasty to erduce the bulbous nose tip + i would reccoment you can a filler at the top of your nose between your eyes if that makes sense itll make it look less big at the bottom by contrast.

also maybe get colored contacts if you want

Just work out some and maybe do neck exercises to thicken your neck up. Nose isnt bad really. Dont really need surgery there. You are HTN face.
