How do I improve my lower third without surgery?

I can’t sorry but it kind of resembles what some people call nerd chin but not entirely. It’s like in between that and a normal chin.

Nothing with recessed chin (some say volufiline but ion think it works, but giving it a go wouldn't harm anyone ig )
For shorter jaw, u can try jutting or edge-to-edge occlusion if it fix yo ass (it did for me, just like a magical natural mandibular osteonomy)
I think that's almost all to cover the flaws u've said.
Other shit u can do is massatter training but ppl say it's all ab flared gonions, it does play a big role but still, increasing muscle size may help u to a degree.

All there is for ur jaw is getting lean first getting a beard to mask it or train ur masseters but its hard to see real improvement from that lol there isnt anything thatll fucking fix a recession or lack of bone length in that area want me to make u a potion or something?

basically this:

It will help on getting a fake better structure of the lowerd third, ngl, for me it increases 1cm of height in the whole lower third area.
This is the best frauding that i have found out and works, unlike cheekbiting, most of us when we do this, we will have little gaps in our morlars of side teeth area which will help us in the definition of the so called "hollow cheeks", looking natural cause of subtle yet big change with good lightning.
This basically works like a jaw osteonomy but rather than surgically, you only change the position of the jaw.

Wait so does this method increase jaw height and give hollow cheeks? I’m not really looking for hollow cheeks I’m trying to decrease jaw height or get more fowars growth in the jaw
