How do I improve my muscle recovery?

Are there any Peptides/Hormones/Supplements I could take in order to improve my muscle recovery?

Besides doing roids (which you shouldn't do) things that help with recovery are creatine, mk677 , L carnitine, etc. but if time your lifting right you shouldnt need something for recovery unless you're really far along you're lifting journey (5 plus years of lifting ) or you do other stuff like do sports full time with your lifting, or martial arts most days or something like that. But those things I mentioned up there can still help in general with muscle gaining, and will help you add a bit more strength and muscle, and over time could make a bit of a difference.
