my posture is slouched sidewaysexersize lower back to fix pelvic tilt. Make consious decision when standing to correct it. Mark as solution
make sure to exercise your glutes and lower back effectively to help support your posture, hamstrings and quads would be a good idea also, and mewing obviously would help promote a more straight posture but you should already be doing that by now, make sure you dont have an excessive pelvic tilt which is fixable at home or the gym and retract your scapula a bit to achieve perfect posture.takes 4 cm away from height
