Drop some ways.Cuz I sleep like 11 hours everyday but still feel tired ,maybe it's just cuz I am low t ,but who knows

Unironically, cut blue light out for 1 hour to 30 minutes before going to sleep. Practice breath work, read, journal how your day was, or just lay down listening to ambience music and think about life.

drink hot milk before going to sleep and sleep earlier around 10-11
