How do I improve this ?

Almost 3 years ago I was able to actually last for more than 10 minutes.Ever since August 2024 my finishing time has gotten only worse.
It was 2-3 minutes a year ago but now it's barely 30 seconds.
Should I do a blood test to check my T levels ?
I can't imagine not being able to last for atleast 10 minutes in bed when I fuck a girl
This is depressing because I don't even talk to females IRL.Imagine if girls knew how short I last,it would be so embarrassing to show my face .....
