Did i improve and if so how much

I won’t beat around the bush I know i’m ugly and fat and i’m trying to lose more weight, I was originally 225 pounds then i cut to 130 but now im like 190 not sure what else to do i know my lower third is shit and my cheeks are fat but just looking for a rating and some small tips for timelines sake the first pic was in july of 2024 and these last two were like a week ago so it’s been a little over a year

yea that was in fact me it was a little over a year ago but i lost most of my weight in the span of 4 months
