Hello, I'm 15 years old, I have a narrow palate with a retracted and fallen jaw, I went to the dentist as in September last year I diagnosed myself with a long face, which I think is very bad for the appearance, well he did the studies photos, X-rays and that decided to put on brackets on the lower part for 4 months and then a palate expander and brackets above I have been about two weeks of the upper placement and well I have doubts about whether with this my appearance will improve if the palate expander will improve my eye support and my down nose please answer me I'm new here and if it's not too much trouble can someone tell me what I can do when I can't put my tongue on the palate thanks to the expander?
