Well I'm 16, ~172cm I'm Polish and British and I'm currently struggling with my looks and confidence. I want to look better for myself not for women. Here's what I'm planning to do. Well a bit over a month ago I started drinking raw milk 500ml daily for 5 days per week (don't ask why not daily I'm struggling with money) and from this monday I've started doing ULURULR (repeat) at the gym since I wanna maximise my body also I feel like I could have a aesthetic physique because my waist is 73cm and shoulders 108 (I have winged scapular so it might add like a couple cm idk) I'm trying my best to focus in vitamins and stuff since I wanna reach my genetic peak unfortunately my height is probably shit and will forever stay like that my parents are both under 166cm. Is there any way to naturally boost you're height? Like sprinting and stuff? Same for the face is there anything like cause I fixed my tongue posture which helped me a bit but my face is unsymmetrical and same for both my sides you can see my jaw is sharper on one side anything guys? My birthday is in 302 days and if my efforts don't get me to 176cm+ and if my face doesn't improve I'll be considering HGH. So what do y'all recommend? First 3 pics are from the back camera. Apologies for such yap also about my hair I'm growing it out for a couple more years so I won't cut it.
