The masseter fits comfortably right on the corner of the mandible, growth will effect the bone because a smal bone can’t hold up a big muscle

As muscles become larger and stronger during growth and in response to increased loading, bones should adapt by adding mass, size, and strength.

Yes you are right, it can make the temporal bone bigger, but definitely not to a degree where it is noticable, the bone growth of the ramus will look more noticable, because the ramus has a smaller surface area than the temporal bone,

And if you are right and it somehow makes the temporal bone very large, it won’t look bad as long as your chin is of a good shape, such as brad pitt:

Lol ngl my masseter muscles and temporalis muscles are pretty developed and i pull off a buzz cut easy, my chin has good projection so that’s probably why it doesn’t look that bad, coz large temporalis and masseter make the face very square but if ur chin is higher set and lacks bone mass it looks even more square and bad

Not saying go full on bruxism chewing mode that’s dumb asf just get into habit of chewing more gum and clenching your jaw as a habit and you will see larger masseters in no time
