How do I increase misc and dimorphism?

So i look young asf at 19 , my angularity is good and all but i want better coloring how do i achieve better misc? my 3/4 profiles look dimorphic but my front profile looks feminine due to my lips and baby fat i feel like i mostly appeal to older women and younger girls 16-19 mostly girls in their 20s despise me for some reason never got in a relationship with one
