cant, the only thing you can do is minimize it, visualize yourself breathing in, and breathing out

get really focused on something else that you forget the thing in question
for example if you think of something bad happening, throw your wallet in the lake
then your only thought will be how to fix the wallet in the lake

i never find it working for me like that
i just think of everything shit at once

do an allnighter then sleep for 3 hours the next night, do another all nighter then sleep for 15 hours, once you wake up: drink match tea and meditate

probably not happening very soon my parents wouldn't take me for any professional mental evaluation much less let me get medicated

i was thinking just more sleep in general in whatever way i can do that

I can’t speak on you, but I read mostly to sleep in, I can’t really go asleep when I don’t have read at least 100-120 pages by one night
yeah i can drink raw milk or raw yogurt

i do other things and focus on them even put a decent amount of time into them and got good at them but it still doesn't rlly help for me
way my mind works it can even be another small thing to worry about

what specifically do you do?

its better if the activity has a ritual to it

like changing into specific clothes, driving somewhere, or any preparation

i do a few things but the one ive recently put the most time/effort into is just producing music
i def like doing it a lot and it can actually be a little bit cathartic
but yeah that doesn't rlly take me much preparation or anything since thats just something i do from home on my pc

thats a good activity

maybe like a change of scenery, I assume you can't use a laptop and sit out, so maybe try opening a window or going for a walk before

walkings a good idea
in general i should probably try exercising
i have some equipment i can use for it already so its just finding time to do it
