How do I keep my mouth closed automatically?

Basically what I already said. Also, my teeth are uneven, so when I overbite one side of my face has to work slightly harder. Depending on how I bite I my face doesn't visually look unsymetrical.

so put your tonge up against the roof of your mouth and swallow every bit of spit in your mouth

Am I supposed to swallow with my tounge still on the roof, or move it down to do that. Also It feels tiring, so should I practice slowly, or go all in. I'm used to sucking to swallow so I think I may have weakened my tounge

u can overdo it a bit at the start, swallow a lot till there's like a vacuum and ur tongue presses against the roof of your mouth without any effort, and when u open your mouth again it makes a bit of a clicky sound
