nah easier done than though about. all you have to do is stop taking everyone so serious. just ask yourself „do they play a significant role in my life?“ and if they don’t then what comes out of their mouth doesn’t matter or even better „will this conversation matter to me next year?“ and if it doesn’t, don’t take serious what they said
