They are due to dentofacial structure, my previous orthodontist fucked my shit up and gave me a crossbite now I don't have symmetrical hunter eyes like I used to when I was a kid, instead I have one droopy eye with neutral canthal tilt which is on a lower level than the other one which is positive tilted. Also my mandible asymmetry is so visible because I can't even bite properly
