How do i know how many cm mouth device i need

Measure the distance between the left and right corners of your mouth with your lips relaxed (not stretched), then add about 0.5 cm to that measurement. Thats probably the size u should choose, and u can gradually move to larger sizes if needed

First, get a measurement tool next to your head and take an undistorted photo, then measure your mouth width with online measurement tool accurately. It'll be easy since you can see how many cm is each pixel from measurement tool.

Then, get an extender slightly more than it; since it's your first try, the less will be better.

Then you can go more when your mouth stands to more.

The fact that it isn't permanent does not mean it doesn't work jfl

Mouth is soft tissue, it can be extended slightly.

Thanks but wouldnt measuring irl would be better
And lets say if my mouth is 8 cms do i get the 9 cm one

Most prob ur mouth isn't 8cm and you gotta add 3+ cms

Considering you need to use an extender beccause your lips aren't wide enough and 8cms are considered as wide, you don't have 8 cms of width neither me because of our fuckaass narrow mouth
