How do I know if I have low test ??

I’m 17 and want to maximise my puberty as much as I can . I have a good genetic base to go into a chad with some cycles of roids I think .
I want to first try and naturally increase my test by doing all of the water shit you know what it is
But I have a varicose vein on one of my balls at 16 due to trauma , but I don’t think it’s affected test production that much as I’m still well developed .
I just need to know the telltale signs of low t in a growing man like myself because for example the chin doesn’t stop growing until like mid 20s so I need to maximise that.

Can you get prescribed testosterone at 16 I have some symptoms of low test I could ask my parents if I can get bloodwork done
