Plenty. For starters it's a piece of silicone or titanium embedded into your skull right beneath your eyes, it can disrupt your tear ducts, migrate really badly, cause extreme bruising or swelling, vision loss if your surgeon is a retard, etc. The only person I'd trust to do it is Dr. Eppley in Indiana. If you get PEEK implants custom designed to your skull with the right amount of projection and have someone who knows what they're doing they can be alright. Do keep in mind a lot of people have to get the removed or redone because they cause a lot of problems. Upwards of $20-$60k depending on how you go about it all
