Vids online say I should be able to talk and not be out of breath, and the other tutorial is a dude talking that sounds like he's out of breath. What the fuck nigga how do I know I'm doing it right
 
Just walk bro if are talking about treadmill
12-15 incline
3-4 speed u can add incline and minutes over time and u should be fine
