there is nothing specific that needs to improve meaning no singular thing, the face is a whole structer what i mean by this for example you have a bad nose because your maxilla isnt projected or your eyes dont look good because your zygomatic bone and your orbitals have a developmental challanges because u are malnourished and cant properly build bones due to lack of vital nutrients that need to be in abundance for osteoblasts and exposure to any force for bone remodelling like tough chewing and pulling of food
