Problems breathing through your nose, especially when running, when you sleep you sometimes wake up choking on seemingly nothing, and have a dry mouth once you wake up aswell, you fall asleep a lot while working/studying aswell, you snore really loudly (see if u can get ur mom to vouch on this), you also have some occasional brainfog (not thikning clearly or its like you're on autopilot)

Omg ortho didnt give me marpe... Omg He said I dont need it... But I need it... I saw in tiktoks It gives hella forward growth gigachad maxilla and bwc as well... How can i live this life now... I need it man as fuck... Idgaf if my palate is already average and upper palate is 5mm wider than lower one..

if u have already prominent cheekbones but narrow palate

sarpe with lf1 is the only way
it will widen only ur lf1 zone

well my teeth were fine and i thought my palatte was a little bit narrow

turns out it isnt, and orto said he'd give me marpe if i had problems with teeth proportions..

U will have too much wide cheekbones and might get bad esr
ur lower third will look too narrow
and ur upper third will look too wide if u expanding more than 5mm
