I have a upcoming test in 3 months and i got to pass to not be held back a grade

the thing is, i have extreme difficulty learning math or paying attention, i dont open a book in class since 2018 and just sleep in my classes

how can i learn math from the basics to the most complex things, while having problems with focus, i genuinely cant understand SHIT on the teachers board

im in sophomore year

There’s no secret math is pretty much all memorization u just have to do it until you get it. But I wouldn’t start from the beginning just study the stuff where you’re at and you’ll learn what you need to know
