1. Textbooks for learning grammar/vocab (at least at the beginning)
2. Anki for vocab (spaced repetition/memorization)
3. Watching TV (dramas, variety shows, etc.)
4. Speaking with natives (HelloTalk) or similar acts
5. Immersion exposure

with a heavy focus on:

• Speaking and listening - far more important than reading or writing
• Pronunciation - make your accent as close to native as possible in the beginning. Learn IPA sounds if you have to.

Don't do Duolingo, Rosetta Stone, etc. (those are useless and a waste of time).
