this is why, how do you think it could possibly lengthen? You would have to grow a whole new mandible
just learn how to hold an advantageous head posture for now and get surgery later

This was me, past and now, idk what I do, maybe hard mewing and chewing, but idk, it just makes my ramus more longer, I was 19 in the three, just a few months of difference, but try something like that, maybe works

If you had no brow ridge just wait, that worked for me, and the lips just put Vaseline, the pink ones, it makes it better not more fully, just search, don't be lazy
