how do i lighten my eyes

i have grayish blue eyes, around a30 so its like a weird mix in my eyes so my question is can i remove all the other color in my eyes to only leave the blue color there? (without surgery)

A30 is good enough stop coping with any lighter color I have subhuman t50 and would kill to get to a30
