How do I locate the buccal fat pad.

I searched it on google and it just told me where it generally is on the face but not where I can exactly pinpoint it.
On this forum they told me to just push my mouth from the outside and I should see my buccal fat pad pop out from the inside, but it didn't. Is there any thing I can do to know where it is?

Open you mouth like a good boy and then pinch any side between left or right side of the skin with you fingers. The area where you feel the most fat is the fat pad.
