Your palette is extremely narrow judging from this picture. Look into MSE/MASPE/MARPE and a faceplate mask for your recessed upper jaw. Chin and mandible is horridly recessed. No fixing that, maybe a Herbst appliance. Ideally BSSO tho when you ca afford it. Good luck, wish you the best.
