how do i look better before the end of summer

just wondering what i can do before end of summer to look better (17 m)

no surgeries but will consider roids/sarms or peptides if it would help me ascend and make it easier to look better faster,
wondering if getting test would help boost growth or if any peptides like reta would help

What ive been trying to do rn (softmax)
just started minoxidil for eyebrows
hydrocortisone for nose
tretanoin/skincare
more consistent gym to try and lose bf as well as better eating and more water

also wondering if i could get haircut reccomendations too
