You have a good base but your maxilla is recessed and you need more bone mass.

Is thumb pulling effective I’ve seen people talk about that for maxilla growth but other people say it just fucks up your teeth. Also is maxilla recession the reason I can’t smile?

U have to lose fat and get around 12% body fat and dye your eyebrows and lashes and get a good haircut which suits ur face and fix ur sleep btw ramus is good

lose bf if ur face doesnt slim down do aqualyx also get lip fillers

How many teeth is your smile? Also thumb pulling is cope. If you have less than a 6-8 tooth smile look into MARPE or MASPE. Wym by “can’t smile”

I smile with a closed mouth because when I don’t I look like a chipmunk. I just checked now and yeah if I smile as wide as possible I got six teeth Does insurance cover palate expansion and does it work at 16?
