How do I look for a good surgeon and ortho for MARPE?

My main plan is to talk to a surgeon and an orthodontist, start by getting a CBCT scan and all that stuff, but what about how to choose? I’m in Spain, should I search on google or tiktok/social media and call them to get information? I know that seems like the most normal way to go about it, but I don’t want to end up with some clueless quack who tells me, “You have a Class 3 malocclusion, a narrow palate, a 6-tooth smile, and you have a little trouble breathing, but it’s no big deal,” or something like that. I saw some idiot in the US make a video complaining about Looksmaxx and how her appointments take longer, and she rejects MARPE or whatever. Is there a method?

TL;DR: Is there a more reliable method than just calling to ask for information?
