How do i look irl?

I look so different in mirrors and selfies than my front camera, or if i ask people how accurate a selfie is to how i look irl they often say it's not, but i don't know what to trust anymore.
I know a lot of people have this issue but does anyone have a solution? How do i know how i really look irl?
What photos/angles are the most accurate ones`?

When you take a pic in the camera app it inverts the image which technically is how people see u but it’s not that black and white, the reason you think it’s weird is because you are so used to your mirrord image so when you see how people see u irl it looks so weird for u bc your brain is not used to it

i struggle with this a lot I get out of the shower and look at myself in the mirror and I lowkey look worthy of love them I pull out my phone to check and it’s back to normal it’s hard on the ego won’t lie
