Tbh ngl i couldnt even notice that the nose was a different size. Looks the same as in the unedited pic. You dont really look much different and those green eyes are creeping me out

But obviously light colored eyes would bring up your rating. And a rhinoplasty would help as well. I cant say for sure based on the pic but if you get a good rhinoplasty and colored contacts I could see you going up 0.5-1 points.
