I need to look slim as quickly as possible I don't care if its temporary or permanent I need effective methods or techniques

Honestly, enter a caloric deficit, I’ve no idea how old you are, but if you’re still going through puberty it shouldn’t be more than 500 calories, you can calculate your calories using this https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html

There are other things you can do to slim down faster like introducing Retatrutide or a T3 cycle, but those are a bit more advanced.

Also this should go without saying, but you should be going at the MINIMUM 3 times a week to the gym, since you don’t want to lose muscle mass.

Also I cannot emphasize enough, do not go beyond 500 calories, it will make you lose muscle and develop badly.
