Hello there Guys,
im struggeling with loosing weight. im not even eating that much, i got weeks (especially) in summer, where i dont eat up to 4,5 days. i wanna get skinny i wanna get lean. 3 years ago i got diagnozed with depression and agoraphobia since then i started eating more. are there any tips to loose the feeling of hunger or any other tips that could help me out of this?
 
Lift weights to build muscle so your body needs more calories. Do more cardio, allows you to eat more and still lose way. All that matters is how many calories you need and how many you use
 
thanks, do u think walking for 1-2h per day except on weekends would work as cardio?
i got sum weights at home, where i can start doing lifting again.
 
only eat rice, broccoli and chicken. or the atkins diet.

drink lots of black coffee and stop eating shit and fast 2 times a week also drink around 3l a day

Eat healthier and use the treadmill.

join martial arts like jiu jit su or wrestling.

sorry to here you got some depression but don’t let that label drug your mind into thinking there’s something wrong with you, for losing weight it’s calories in calories out simple as that, download cronometer on your phone and track food using the barcode scanner and by manually searching, buy a food scale and if you have access to a decent budget by lots of beef and chicken and fruits as the majority to your diet. Working out is going to boost your confidence and make your a lot happier but it’s optional when trying to loose weight, weightlifting itself dosent burn many calories, cardio is preferred but is much harder. also don’t starve yourself for days on end your going to ruin your body’s system, just eat in a 500 calories deficit daily and your guaranteed to see results, if you need anything dm me

also i’m not saying this is a great idea but if you want to buy some 3mg zyns and take one or two daily, these will suppress your appetite a lot but if your prone to addiction maybe don’t, i take 9mgs maybe once of twice a week but i genetically don’t really get addicted to shit, also caffeine will suppress appetite but only take in the morning and don’t do crazy doses or become reliant on it.
