Is cardio worth it? I do it once a week, for like an hour. 25/30 min running and 25/30 min walking at 15 incline speed 3/3.5It’s all calories in vs calories out.
I do PSMF weekdays and refeed on weekends. I don’t like long drawn out cuts. Never lost any strength after carbing up or muscle mass after PSMF both natty and enhanced.
